We LOVE the wrap-around fireplace in the living room and kitchen area or what was formerly the dining area. Although it was suggested we remove the fireplace by more than one person, we couldn’t bear to do that because it was the anchor for the mid-century feel for the upstairs. Plus we love the rock! We’re planning on wrapping the top of it in wood veneer, which is what the original owner had and the flipper owner took out. What a non-mid-century moron.
